Picture this: a neon pink Miami-inspired martini bar nestled in Rosedale. Le Tigre, a brainchild of the creative duo behind Crybaby Gallery, immerses you in retro jungle vibes with captivating big cat decor.

Prequel & Co. Apothecary: A Turn-of-the-Century Experience

Location: 1036 Queen St. West

Step into what seems like a real turn-of-the-century apothecary at Prequel & Co.. Guided through a hidden door, we found ourselves in a transportive ‘Paris in the art nouveau-era’ cocktail haven. Their mixologists, clad in white coats, use traditional methods and pestle and mortar to create unique concoctions.

Clockwork Champagne & Cocktails at the Fairmont Royal York: Magical Moments

Location: Fairmont Royal York

For a touch of grandeur and the holiday spirit, we ventured to Clockwork Champagne & Cocktails at the Fairmont Royal York. The tree lighting ceremony added a sprinkle of magic to the already enchanting atmosphere. The ‘suite life’ feel, combined with lively Christmas cheer, made it an unforgettable experience.

Sipping on specially curated cocktails, we enjoyed:

• Meet me at the Clock ($30) – bubbly and luxurious

Even though we didn’t dive into the eats this time, the menu is whispering promises of a return for those signature small plates and that epic seafood tower – talk about tempting!
